Checking All Foreign College Students for AIDS

The AIDS Crisis in so many parts of the World is getting way out of hand. It has infiltrated heterosexual populations as well. In India and China it is a huge problem. Not as bad as in Africa but it is still of grave danger.

Many foreign students come here from these other countries and while here they will have sexual relationships and in doing so AIDS is too easily spread. We must therefore have mandatory AIDS checks for those who come on student VISAs or come to work in the United States.

If not we risk the lives of Americans and in doing so we put our citizens at risk and also impact our healthcare system costs. We cannot take these risks, it is not fair to our citizens or our nations future. If we allow inadvertently foreign students to come here who have the HIV virus or full-blown AIDS then we risk too much for our own populations.

It is time to get serious with these issues in the here and now. In fact anyone coming to the United States on a work or student VISA must be tested and denied entry if they have AIDS. Additionally anyone who immigrates to the United States must also be tested and if found positive then they must be denied access. Consider all this in 2006.
