Apparently, those who work in Washington DC cannot seem to understand how abstinence works. Now reports show that one in ever 50 people has AIDS. This is our nations capital, where the leaders of this great republic serve "we the people" and run our massive civilization. Why has AIDS reached such massive epidemic proportions in Washington DC?
Is it because of prostitution in the belt-way, are bureaucrats, politicians and lobbyists so decadent that they cannot keep it in their pants through the lunch break? Is it the extremely high gay population there, many of whom serve us as dedicated civil servants? If so, shouldn't we be worried that our whole government might break down if something is not done to shore up this incredible problem?
Why are the statistics worse in Washington DC than in South and Central America, where people do not know any better? How can it be that such an educated country is having such a challenge in the city that represents their country's capital? Are HIV and AIDS victims moving to Washington DC to lobby for more money to fight the virus? What can America do to prevent the spread of AIDS in Washington DC?
Is enough being done to prevent it from getting any worse or is it too late? Will we have to quarantine Washington DC to protect the American People? If we do, no Congressmen can go home for vacation, they will have to remain there to work. Well, I guess we know that will never happen then?
